Face It Skincare is owned and operated by Master Esthetician Holly Carlson. Holly has lived in Arizona most of her life. Before studying skincare and becoming an esthetician, Holly worked as a social worker and probation officer and has always valued being part of a helping profession. Since 2015 she has been a licensed esthetician and has made it her mission to help people feel comfortable and confident in their skin. Her specialty is corrective skincare for acne, fine lines, scars, and aging. When not at work, Holly’s passions are travel, muscle cars, and Lacey the infinitely photogenic doggo.

In addition to offering skincare services she trains new and returning estheticians in the most effective emerging techniques and treatments. Holly proudly uses and recommends the Skin Script line of products. Based locally in Chandler and featuring the highest quality ingredients, these products are natural, safe, effective, reasonably priced, and pleasant to use.

Do… Start your special event skincare six months before you need to be close-up ready.
Do… Reapply sunscreen. Most people in Arizona apply sunscreen but can forget to reapply after 2 hours. Ask me for brand recommendations.
Do… Use a damp cotton pad and grapeseed oil to remove makeup instead of makeup remover wipes.
Do… Check your cosmetics products for sodium lauryl sulfates and discontinue use if you find any.
Do… Bring your muscle car to your appointment because I’m going to want to see it.

Don’t… Use over the counter acne products or facial brushes. Ask me about home care options for your skin.
